SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times may vary depending on the customers location and the time of year in which the order was placed.  Deliveries are made in the following manner: Stellar Chemical Corp and Amazon. On average, ZEUS shipping time are within 24-hours, unless on weekends or a holiday.  Product delivery times can take between 3-10 days. ZEUS orders are normally delivered via FedEx or USPC and tracking information is emailed to you once the label is created.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unless the ZEUS packages are delivered damaged, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  In the event the ZEUS are received damaged, please take a picture of the shoes and email it to info@stellarchemicalcorp.com with the subject line "Received Damaged ZEUS"
